Kentucky one-drawer work table or stand, poplar with a red wash throughout. Square nail and peg construction. Consisting of an overhanging top over one drawer with D-ring pulls resting on square tapered legs and plain feet. 25 7/8" H x 18 1/2" W x 20 1/8" D. First half of 19th century.
PROVENANCE: The Collection of Richard H. and Kathleen L. Hulan.
CONDITION: Scattered wear throughtout commensurate with age and manner of use, including fading, abrasions, and scattered watermarks to top; wear to top of drawer front; scattered errant marks; and wood shrinkage. Drawer pulls are a replacement.
