Lot of two East Tennessee pottery items, Redware jug and stoneware creampot. 1ST ITEM: East Tennessee redware jug with manganese glaze with applied extruded handle and incised lines around neck. Condition – Old repaired break to handle,hairline around two-thirds of base. 7" H. Circa 1840 – 1850. 2ND ITEM: Southern stoneware cream pot. 5" Condition – Two tight hairlines emanating from rim. 5" H. 19th century. Provenance: Rogersville, TN estate.
