Two (2) Adja Yunkers (American/Latvian, 1900-1983) expressionist color woodblock prints on Japan paper with abstracted human forms: “Las Lolitas,” 1952, and “Succubae” from the “Prints in the Desert – New Mexico” portfolio, 1950. Both signed, titled, and dated in pencil, lower margin. “Las Lolitas” numbered 66/225 in pencil, lower margin. “Succubae” from the edition of 220. “Las Lolitas” housed under acrylic in a modern wood frame with cream mat. “Succubae” unframed, mounted to card. “Las Lolitas” sight: 20 in. H x 13 3/4 in. W. “Las Lolitas” framed: 25 1/4 in. H x 21 1/4 in. W. “Succubae” sheet: 16 3/8 in H x 8 1/8 in. W. “Succubae” mount: 18 1/2 in H x 10 1/4 in. W.

CONDITION:
“Las Lolitas” in overall very good condition. Not examined out of frame. “Succubae” laid to card, with residue from old mat to extreme edges along with illegible pencil inscriptions to left edge, possibly inherent.
