Cigar Store Native American figure, carved and polychrome painted wooden likeness of an Indian princess or maiden with feathered headdress, her right arm holding a bundle of cigars while her extended left hand grasps a package of tobacco. Resting on a wooden platform with two steel rod supports. 67″ x 24″ x 14 1/2″ height. Early 20th century. Provenance: Gatlinburg, TN collection. Condition: Old losses and separations to Indian maiden figure, two steel rods support base at lower waist, blacklighting does not indicate paint restoration or repair.
