Antique Yomud or Yomut Turkmen Ensi tribal rug, wool on wool, central cruciform design with four panels having geometric designs, within four primary borders, wide elem panel to lower end with chevron designs. Woven in red, blue, and cream colors. 6 ft 3 in x 5 ft. Circa 1880.
PROVENANCE: Private Des Moines, Iowa collection.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition with losses to fringe.
