Two (2) Daniel Phill (Washington/California, b. 1955) acrylic on paper gestural flower paintings. Item 1: An assortment of colorful flowers set against a green, blue, and yellow field, with passages of heavy impasto and sgraffito linework, signed lower right. Titled 'Symmetrical" to backing board. Item 2: An assortment of red, yellow, and white flowers set a gold and red field, with passages of heavy impasto and dripped paint, signed lower left. Titled "4 O'Clock" to backing board. Both floated under plexliglass in ebonized wood frames with cream mats. Both sheets: 22 1/2" H x 22 1/2" W. Both frames: 30" H x 30'" W.
CONDITION: Both items in overall very good condition, with pinholes to upper corners. Both frames with abrasions, especially 2nd item.
