Includes twelve (12) French Acier Fondu .800 silver dinner knives, the handles with acanthus leaf and incised decoration, marked "Paris Acier Fondu" on base of blade with Minerva head second standard silver hallmarks to handles, 10" L, housed in black leather coated case – 11" W x 10" H. Also includes fourteen (14) assorted napkin rings including five sterling silver (5) by American makers including Towle, Saart Brothers, and George W. Sheibler & Co., four (4) by European makers including two (2) English sterling and two (2) unknown silver, and five (5) unmarked. 3.95 total weighable troy ounces.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of David B. Person, Holly Springs, Mississippi.
CONDITION: Some rust and tarnish to knife blades, all other items in overall good condition.
