Marian Rose Pacsuta (American, b. 1955) oil on linen (mounted to board) impressionist painting titled "The Dancer" and depicting a young woman wearing a leotard and seated on the floor of a studio. Signed lower right; also signed and titled en verso. Molded giltwood frame with reeded edges and carved corner elements. Board: 16" H x 12" W. Frame: 15 1/2" H x 11 1/2" W. Note: Marian Pacsuta is an award-winning artist who has exhibited in juried shows throughout the South and is now based in Florida. She is a member of the Emerald Coast Plein Air Painters and a Signature Member of The American Impressionist Society.
PROVENANCE: Private Middle Tennessee estate.
