Four (4) sterling silver hollowware items. 1st item: One (1) Bailey, Banks, & Biddle bowl in the Dublin pattern with scalloped edge, monogrammed F. Stamped with maker's mark, Sterling, 446, and pattern name to underside. American, 20th century. 2nd item: Sanborns plate with repousse rosette pattern to rim. Stamped "Sanborns/Mexico/Sterling" to underside. Mexican, 20th century. 3rd item: One (1) William Devenport heart-shaped, pierced dish with foliate and scroll decorations. Stamped with maker's mark and hallmarks for sterling, Birmingham, and "b" to underside. English, circa 1901. 4th item: One (1) tea strainer with repousse handle having foliate scroll decorations. Stamped "Peru .925" to underside of handle. Peruvian, late 19th/early 20th century. Ranging in size from 1" H x 5 3/4" W x 2 1/2" D to 1 3/8" H x 10" dia. 23.920 total weighable troy ounces.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of F. Hamilton Hazlehurst, longtime chair of the Vanderbilt University Art Department.
CONDITION: Overall good condition with scattered surface scratches and minor pitting.
