Signed lower left and additionally en verso of panel along with possible partial title. Housed in the original carved giltwood and composition frame with artist name engraved on small center plaque. Sight: 6" H x 11" W. Frame: 10 1/2" H x 21" W. 2nd item: European School, late 19th century oil on canvas landscape painting with a mother and child who walk toward a body of water before a distance mountain range at left. A ship sails on the water while smoke rises from the chimney of a house that stands alongside other buildings behind a group of trees at right. Illegibly signed lower left. Housed in a molded and painted giltwood frame. Sight: 11 3/8" H x 15 1/4' W. Frame: 20 1/2" H x 24 3/4" W.

CONDITION: 1st item with scattered, tiny white specks/inclusions to surface; some fine cracking. Frame has been regilt and has some spots of wear. 2nd item has been lined.
