40 pieces Kentucky coin silver flatware, marked for Henry Fletcher (working Lexington, 1818- ? and Louisville, 1830-66); and for Fletcher & Bennett (Louisville, 1854-1875). Includes 1 twist handle gilt-silver pastry or tomato server with Neo-Grec style engraving (stamped Fletcher and Bennett/ Coin); 6 olive pattern teaspoons and 3 olive pattern forks; and 30 pieces of fiddle-handle coin silver including 24 teaspoons, 2 tablespoons, 3 dessert spoons and 1 fork. 1 fork, 2 dessert spoons and 1 teaspoon are marked H. FLETCHER in rectangle; the remaining pieces are marked with a combination of incuse marks for H. Fletcher and Fletcher & Bennett. Combined weight: 35.66 oz troy. PROVENANCE: The Estate of Cora Jane Spiller, Bowling Green, Kentucky.
CONDITION: Pastry server: some wear to gilding. 2 teaspoons have tears to bowls. Other items in overall good condition with wear to some ends of bowls and to some marks. Most pieces monogrammed.
