An Archive of approximately 60 works by Wisconsin artist Jack Robert Hampel (1883-1978), plus 1 etching "Junk Shop, Detroit Street," by Max Ferneke (signed) and 1 etching, "Hamburger Stand," by Alfred Sessler (unsigned). The archive mainly encompasses landscape and figural drawings, etchings, charcoals and watercolors by Hampel, plus two oil on board landscapes. Several views of Wisconsin are represented. Sizes of the works range from 4" x 3 1/2" to 16" x 12" (oil on board) and 19" X 16' (matted charcoal landscape).
PROVENANCE: The estate of Carl Klein, Brentwood, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Overall good condition. Some toning and edge tears to works on paper.
