Sheraton cherry two-drawer work table, likely Kentucky or Ohio, cherry primary, pine, walnut, and poplar secondary woods. Square top over two dovetailed, scratch beaded drawers, the top one with brass escutcheon and the lower drawer with brass pull, supported by turned and spiral legs, ending in ball and spike feet. First drawer has an incised and colored checkerboard on the underside of the bottom board. 28-3/4" H x 18" W x 17-3/4" D. Circa 1820. Provenance: Private East Tennessee collection. CONDITION:
