Five (5) Ernest Lee (South Carolina, 20th/21st Century) folk art house paint on plywood panel paintings, including one (1) depicting a turtle on Polly's Island Beach in SC, one (1) depicting a cat rendered in shades of blue, one (1) depicting a flamingo standing in water with a crescent moon, top left, one (1) depicting a palm tree against a mottled blue background, a crescent moon, top left, and one (1) depicting a rooster against a mottled green background. All items signed "Ernest Lee" with a copyright symbol, four (4) dated "08" to "09" lower left or right. All with hooks and wire loops for hanging, en verso. Unframed. All items approximately 48" H x 9 3/4" W.
PROVENANCE: Private East Tennessee collection. Consignor purchased the paintings from the artist in Columbia, SC, circa 2008-09.
CONDITION: All items in overall good condition with minor abrasions/wear to panels, primarily to lower left edges.
