Large Southern stoneware jar with unusual brown, green, and white slip decoration. Additionally decorated with elaborate looping sine waves. Probably James H. Owen (North Carolina, 1866-1923). Condition: One pulled handle missing (possibly in the making?). Chip to inner rim.
