Large carved Chinese purple agate lidded censer in two parts, the cover with figural foo dog finial and the base with carved mask handles supporting movable rings and short curved feet with mask knees. 8 3/4" H x 9 1/4" W. 20th century. Provenance: The collection of Dr. William Kendall Striker, Chattanooga, TN. CONDITION: Overall very good condition with natural inclusions to the stone.
