1st-4th items: Four (4) Palissy Ware or Majolica crustacean sculptural pieces, including one (1) round platter or plaque modeled with a central lobster upon a sandy base flanked by mussels and barnacles, illegible maker's mark to underside; one (1) trefoil relish dish modeled as lettuce leaves with a lobster perched atop, illegible maker's mark, "Made in Portugal", and 1450 to underside; and two (2) footed salt and pepper dishes modeled as open mussel shells with barnacles to joint and as feet, unmarked. Ranging in size from 3 5/8" H x 4 3/8" W x 4" D to 12 1/8" dia. x 2 3/4" D. Portugese and possibly French, 20th century. 5th item: Royal Doulton Queen Victoria Diamond Jubilee commemorative ceramic beaker or julep cup featuring a full length portrait of the seated sovereign surrounded by coat-of-arms to one side and dedication to other. Diamond Jubilee Doulton Burslem makers mark and model number to base. 3 3/4" H x 3 3/8" dia. English, c. 1897.

CONDITION: 1st-4th items: Lobster platter with minute loss to foliage at base of one mussel. Lobster relish dish with minor area of repair to rim measuring 1/4" x 5/8". One mussel salt dish with minute chip to rim measuring 1/8" x 3/8". 5th item: Overall very good condition.
