Lot of two (2) Chinese Famille Rose porcelain chargers, including one with polychrome foliate and insect decoration with Jui-head border and the other with polychrome floral and insect decoration and gilt border. Both with iron red bamboo leaf decoration to the underside of the rim. 13 1/8" dia. & 11 3/4" dia. Both early 20th century.
PROVENANCE: The estate of Dr. Thomas Bechtel, Memphis, TN.
CONDITION: 1st charger in overall good condition with some scattered general wear to decoration. 2nd charger with overall general wear, 2 1/8" hairline to rim.
