Lot 1082: Collection of 38 Tintypes, Ambrotypes, Daguerreotypes plus Carved Masonic

Collection of 38 antique photographs including tintypes, daguerreotypes, and ambrotypes, most in gilt mattes, some with gutta percha frames or half cases. One man’s photograph is in a brooch case frame and there is one gem sized unframed portrait of a child. Also includes a small carved Masonic symbol, 1 1/4 in. H.  Sizes range from gem sized to sixth plate size. All 19th century.

CONDITION:

Varying states of condition, some with discoloration and losses. Brooch has break to back and missing clasp.
