Sheila Stott Gourlay (American, b. 1945) oil and pastel on paper abstract painting, titled "Another Place, Same Time 2", comprised of a teal lower third with areas of white and red, black, and teal geometric line work with a blue-black upper portion having white and red line work and a maroon shape surmounted by a white circle. Unsigned. 1987 Delta Exhibition paper label with artist information and medium as well as Arkansas Art Center paper label with artist information, title, date "1987", medium, and dimensions affixed, en verso. Accession number and "Gourlay" inscribed, en verso. Housed and matted under glass in a chrome metal frame. Sight: 29 3/8" H x 41 1/4" W. Framed: 37 3/8" H x 49 1/2" W.
PROVENANCE: Deaccessioned by the Arkansas Museum of Fine Arts Foundation to benefit the acquisitions fund.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition. Frame with minor scattered surface wear and scratches.
