Provenance: Living estate and collection of internationally known ragtime pianist and historian Johnny Maddox, Gallatin, TN. CONDITION: Overall good condition with shelf wear, scuffs to covers, corners bumped. Overall light foxing, toning to pages, including toning impressions from illustrations. Illustrations are collated.
