1st-5th items: Five (5) Chinese Export Famille Rose porcelain items with cobalt blue and iron red borders, including one (1) charger and two (2) bowls with floral sprays to center and cobalt border containing flower and diamond designs (10 7/8", 6 3/4" and 7 1/2" diameter); one (1) bowl with cobalt and iron red floral sprays, cartouche decorations, and iron red line detail to interior (7 5/8" dia.); and one (1) bowl with single handle and crest decoration of bird on branch, with cobalt border ( 6 3/4" dia.). All late 18th to early 19th century. 6th item: Small English Imari porcelain platter, possibly Royal Worcester, having a central coat-of-arms depicting a large cat and an elephant surmounting a pink banner, the wide border with floral vignettes and scrolling foliate decoration to rim. Unmarked. 7/8" H x 7 7/8" W. 19th century. 7th item: Chinese Imari porcelain bowl, having a central landscape scene surrounded by floral vignettes to rim. Unsigned. 1 5/8" H x 9" dia. 19th century.
PROVENANCE: Private Nashville, Tennessee estate.
CONDITION: 1st-5th items: All items in overall good condition with some noticeable wear to decoration. Armorial bowl missing one handle. 6th item: Crazing, firing flaws, areas of loss to gilt. 7th item: Scattered firing flaws, fleabites, largest 1/4", to rim, including one with a 2" radiating hairline extending from rim to interior of bowl.
