The middle ground with a group of small, flowering trees and a vineyard before a lake. A snowy mountain range is in the distance. Signed in lower right: "M. V. Fichard" Housed in an modern, carved giltwood frame. Late 19th/early 20th century. Sight: 23" H x 15" W. Frame: 21 1/8" W x 29 3/16" H.
PROVENANCE: Private Hawkins County, Tennessee collection.
CONDITION: Condition is very good. Minor warping to canvas. Scattered losses to frame.
