McKenney and James Hall’s History of the Indian Tribes of North America, published in Philadelphia, 1836-1844, by Frederick W. Greenough. Subjects include Spring Frog: A Cherokee Chief, and Tshi Zun Hau Kau, A Winebago [sic]. Matted and framed under glass in later molded giltwood frames. Sight sizes: 15 in H x 11 in W. Frames 21 1/2 in H x 17 3/4 in W.
PROVENANCE: The collection of Dr. James and Susan O’Neill.
CONDITION: Moderate toning and foxing to prints, not examined out of frame. Some wear to frames.
