After Giuseppe Bessi (Italian, 1857-1922) Stonelite portrait bust after the 1st century Augustus of Primaporta in the collection of the Vatican Museums, signed in cast “Prof G. Bessi” above a marbled base, 20th c. 20″ H x 12″ W x 6″ D.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition, with minor scratches especially to tip of nose, 1/8″ x 3/16″, and to left side of breastplate, 1″ L.
