Southern walnut Chippendale tall chest, six drawers with brass escutcheons resting on tall ogee bracket feet, attributed to East Tennessee. Condition – Hardware replaced, age cracks to wood on top and right side, original feet. Three small diamond patch repairs to top edge and breaks to drawer dust board facings. 49" H x 39" W x 20 3/8" D. Circa 1815. Provenance: Robin Hale Estate, Knoxville, TN.
