Harry Gottlieb (American, 1895-1992) mixed media on paper painting depicting three figures dressed in protective aprons during the process of blowing glass, one rolling a bright green vase shape, one blowing into a pipe, and one shaping a pale yellow glass form in the background. Dated and signed "33 Harry Gottlieb" lower right. Housed and matted under glass in a chrome painted wood frame with a craquelure design. Lyzon framer's sticker, en verso. Sight: 13 1/8" H x 18 1/4" W. Frame: 21 1/8" H x 26 1/8" W.
PROVENANCE: The Estate of Carl Klein, Brentwood, Tennessee.
CONDITION: Overall very good condition; not examined outside of frame. Matt with some fraying to inner corners, and frame with minor abrasions.
