Additional signed and dated June 1961 en verso. Housed in a simple wood frame and cream mat. Sight: 18 3/4 in. H x 25 in. W. Framed: 28 1/2 in. H x 33 3/4 in. W. 2nd item: Richard Clarke (American/Tennessee,1923-1997) watercolor on paper, titled Grangemont Orchard, depicting a tree-filled mountain landscape signed lower left and dated ’62. Housed in a simple wood frame and cream mat. Sight: 21 in. H x 29 1/2 in. W. Framed: 29 1/2 in. H x 37 1/2 in. W.

CONDITION: 1st item: Overall toning to print and mat. 2nd item: Waviness to paper along the top and lower margins and toning to the mat. The frame is missing the glass.
