Over 4,500 registered bidders from 60 countries competitively bid on over 950 objects to the highest sales total in company history, exceeding the high estimate by 20%, and a sold rate of 96%. Record-setting prices were attained for several lots including a new world auction record for Tennessee artist, Carroll Cloar – $51,920. The auction also set one of the highest American auction prices to date for international artist Fernando Zobel de Ayala y Montojo at $123,900 (all prices include the buyer’s premium).
