We have expanded the event to include for the first time, the Blount County Friends of the Library Pop-Up book sale! The political pin show opens at 9:30am and the appraisal fair and the book sale are 10am – 2pm.
The proceeds will benefit The Gate – Gateway to Independence. The Gate’s mission is to help young adults with disabilities achieve independence by providing them with pre-vocational and social activities.
The appraisal fair will feature a coin/jewelry expert, a book/document expert, and guns/military expert as well as several generalists that can identify and estimate value on a wide variety of art and antiques.
The East Tennessee Political Item Collectors organization (ETPIC) is a local affiliate of the American Political Items Collectors organization, a nonprofit group established in 1945 to promote and encourage the study of the history of American political campaigns and the collection and preservation of political memorabilia.
