Main Event Catering chosen as food vendor for May 18 Auction

Case Antiques, Inc. Auction & Appraisals has selected Knoxville based catering company “Main Event Catering” to provide both breakfast and lunch services for their upcoming May 18 Auction. “We have worked with them for several events and are excited they have agreed to provide breakfast and lunch at the auction. The quality of food for the price is outstanding and our attendees have provided exceptional feedback. Auction Day Menu:

Breakfast:
  • $5 Breakfast burritos with eggs cheese bacon or ham and salsa
  • $3 Biscuits and sausage gravy
  • $3 Pastries and Muffins
  • $2 Biscuits with bacon or ham and cheese
 Lunch:
  • $6 Chicken and sausage Jambalaya with dirty
  • $6 Chicken and potato casserole
  • $8 Smoked roast beef with dijionaise, provolone, and caramelized onions
  • $6 Big BLT wrap with pesto mayo, lettuce and tomato
  • $7 Turkey and gouda cheese wrap with avocado and onion
  • $8  Italian sanwich with ham, pepperoni, procuitto, salami and provolone cheese
  • $7 Chicken salad wrap with lettuce and tomato

Sides:

  • $3 Pasta salad, fruit salad, mango slaw
  • $2 Zucchini bread or potato chips

Drinks:
