Saddle lifts to reveal hidden storage in body. 9"h x 11"W x 4"d. 19th century or earlier. 2nd item: Iron teapot, likely Japanese, with decorative beaded band around body, bronze top having open lotus finial, 8"H. 3rd and 4th items: Pair of Chinese bronze dragon or foo dog bookends, each depicted with paws on a pearl, atop decorative plinths, finely cast, likely early 20th century. 7"H x 4"W x 5"D. Provenance: the estate of Helen B. Patterson, Gallatin, Tennessee. Condition: 1st item has considerable surface wear, other items in good condition.
