Red painted large splint oak buttocks basket, Tennessee or Virginia. Fixed wooden handle. Very good condition with a couple of inconspicuous breaks near handle, some staining to bottom and overall wear to paint. 17 1/2" H x 17 1/2" W x 20" D. Late 19th century.
