Several small glaze losses and abrasions, some wear and repaint. 2nd and 3rd items: Pair of Song Dynasty style brown and black glaze foo dogs atop plinths (one with loss to tail). 3 3/4"H. 4th and 5th items: Pair of Foo dogs or temple lions, Sancai style glaze with extruded clay manes and coats, atop plinths. Some craquelure. 5-3/8" H. 20th century. Provenance: Estate of Mrs. Mary Ann Bowers Thomas, Athens, Alabama. CONDITION: 1st item has several losses and abrasions, possible repaint. Other items in very good condition except where noted.
