Assorted grouping of Asian metal items, including a small Chinese brass vase with flaring rim (3 1/4" H), Japanese Samurai Wakizashi sword, the handle with shark skin and cord wrapping, mixed metal mounts and beetle decoration (17" L overall/ blade 8 1/4" L), Japanese short sword with black lacquer butterfly decorated sheath (11 7/8" L overall/blade 7 1/4" L), Asian iron door latch with incised designs (9 1/2" L), Asian brass ink and brush holder with incised script and pictorial decoration (9" L), miniature iron Tibetan Buddha ( 3 3/4" H) and pair of Chinese pewter two-part candle lanterns with pierced good luck symbol, foliate decoration and cabochon jade stones on a tripod animal mask incised decorated base with blue cabochon stones (16 1/2" total H). Items 19th & 20th century. Provenance – The Estate of Eddie Jack Miller, Johnson City, TN. CONDITION: Most items overall good condition with general wear. Wakizashi sword with wear to end and replaced collar, possibly blade. Some bending/warpage to pewter lanterns, both with broken finials and losses to finial area.
