Pair of Chinese signed and carved ivory lidded tall oval form vases. The tops with carved and pierced figural landscape decoration and the neck and bodies with carved figural landscape, scrolling tendril decoration and foo dog mask ring handles. The undersides of the tops and bases of the vases have incised seal marks within a circular mark. Both fitted with carved hardwood stands. Tops measure 5 1/2" H. Bases measure 12 1/2" H. 18" total overall H. Acquired at TN auction by consignor's father during the 1960s.
