1st item: Chinese porcelain jar with animal finial and side handles, the lid and body both with handpainted decoration of a bird amid branches; the lid and reverse side of jar with calligraphy inscriptions. Label on bottom, which partially covers red seal stamp, reads "Tao-Kwang 1821-1850 Guaranteed to be from the above mentioned period" but the jar is likely early 20th century. 8"H x 8" diameter. 2nd and 3rd items: Pair of small Han style ceramic Chinese Foo Dogs or lions, sancai glaze, in opposing stances; one with paw on ball, the other with paw on a small green figural animal, both atop plinths with pierced sides and each having a hollow tail. 6-3/4"H. Early 20th century. Condition: 1st item (jar): Later paint/writing on bottom of jar, wear to finial. 2nd item and 3rd items (foo dogs): Scattered glaze pops, overall very good condition.
