Pair of Chinese hardwood yokeback armchairs with carved floral sprays on the back slats, curved arms, carved scalloped skirts, paneled seats, and open mortise and tenon joints. Arms reinforced at joints with metal stays. 46 1/4" H x 26" W x 20 1/4" D. Late 19th/early 20th century. CONDITION: One chair with broken right arm rear joint. Both with overall wear and losses to finish and wear to lower legs and stretchers.
