Bound in leather and secured with two brass clasps. 8VO or 7 1/8" H. 3rd & 4th items: 2 Dr. Martin Luthers : German Language Bibles – Old and New Testaments, one published in 1857 with leather cover (8" x 5")and another published in the mid-19th century with black binding (7 1/8" x 5"). 5th item: Bronze travel cross with relief images of Christ, Mary and other church figures. 4 1/4" H. CONDITION: 1st item: 1830 inscription to front page. Overall toning and some spotting to the interior. General wear to cover. 2nd item: Slight loss to corner of 1st page. Interior toning and spotting of pages. Moderate wear to cover. 3rd & 4th items: Wear and losses to covers. Front cover of second bible detached on the inside. Interior pages of both with toning. 5th item: Overall good condition with old patina.
