Group of 7 Civil War Union telegrams, all dated 1863, 6 addressed to Col. Bingham, then Chief Quarter Master of the XVII Corps in the Army of the Tennessee who later was appointed Quarter Master of the Army itself. Most of the telegrams request supplies of wagons, boats and "forage." One telegram requests "an ambulance here tomorrow to convey the telegraph operator to Vicksburg." Sheet size: 8-1/2" H x 5" W. Condition: Overall very good condition. Some brown paper residue on back of 5 sheets. Some sheets with minor tears and/or soft fold creases.
