Framed – 17 1/2" H x 14 1/2" W. 2nd item: Impressionist pastel on paper depicting sailboats at harbor. Partially legible signature lower left "Sinclair —–". Housed in a gilt wood frame. Sight – 9 1/2" H x 12 3/4" W. Framed – 15" H x 17 3/4" W. Both 20th century. Condition: Both paintings overall very good condition. Minor abrasions to both frames.
