Lot of 2 enameled boxes. 1ST ITEM: double patch box with gilt bronze sides and hinged top, the top decorated with blue and white enameling and five cabachons with hand painted flowers. Interior lid contains a mirror. Condition: verdigris oxidationspots to side, otherwise excellent condition. 1/2"H x 2" x 1". 2ND ITEM: gilt bronze compact, round with circular hinged top, the overall surface decorated with circular blue and white enamel decorations, the lid also decorated withgreen enamel and seven blue paste stones. Interior lid contains a mirror. Retains a powder puff and its original sales tag and does not appear to have been used. Marked on interior lid rim; "Made in France".Condition: some small dark oxidationspots, otherwise excellent condition. 2" diameter. French, circa 1920. Mitchell estate, Nashville, TN.
