Japanese sectional relief carved gilt copper hanging, comprised of a pierced foliate top with three hinged pierced panels depicting Buddhist dieties, joined by rectangular pierced foliate panels. 54 3/4" H x 14 3/4" W. 18.1 lbs. Circa 1900. Provenance: Private Knoxville, TN collection. CONDITION: Wear to gilt, lower panel with some bending to top of diety head.
