Colt Model 1862 Pocket Navy .36 caliber revolver. Consisting of 5 shot cylinder, octagonal barrel marked "ADDRESS COL SAML COLT NEW YORK U.S. AMERICA". Left side of frame marked "COLTS PATENT" and "36 CAL". Serial #6745 marked on barrel, cylinder, frame, and trigger guard. Three old slash marks appear on the top of the wooden grip. Provenance – Robert West’s collection of weapons. Condition – expected wear and pitting for age. Circa 1861. Glen Leven estate.
